The meetings will be held at İzmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH), located in Urla, a peaceful district of İzmir known for its coastline, olive groves, and historical sites.
IZTECH is located approximately 50 km west of downtown İzmir, offering a serene academic atmosphere within natural surroundings. The campus is well connected via public transportation including ESHOT buses. It is also accessible by car or taxi via the İzmir-Çeşme highway (O-32) or secondary road. The campus is home to faculties of engineering, science, and architecture, and offers modern conference facilities, laboratories, and green open spaces for participants to enjoy. The venue is ideal for academic and technical meetings, providing both functionality and comfort.
IZTECH Transport from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport to İZTECH (İYTE)
İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport is the primary international gateway to İzmir, offering both domestic and international flights. The airport is located approximately 50 km from the IZTECH (İYTE) campus in Urla and is accessible by several public and private transport options. To use public buses (operated by ESHOT), passengers must obtain a transportation card. These cards are required for boarding city buses and are not sold onboard. Transportation cards can be obtained in two ways. You can get a card called “Bilet 35” with 2–3 or 5 rides from ticket top-up machines. In this option, each ride costs approximately 50 TL. Alternatively, it is recommended that you download the “İzmirimkart” app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Within the app, you can create a digital card. This digital card can be used on buses, İzban (commuter rail), and metro services by scanning the QR code. There is a one-time fee of 20 TL to create a digital card, and you can top it up at any time using a credit card with the amount you need.

Airport – Üçkuyular (Fahrettin Altay)

The bus operates 24/7 and departs approximately every 1 to 1.5 hours.
It takes approximately half an hour to get from the airport to Fahrettin Altay Square.
The fare is about 45 TL.
· İZBAN from Adnan Menderes Airport Station → transfer at Hilal Station → İzmir Metro from Hilal Station to Fahrettin Altay (last stop)
Metro and İzban services operate between 5:30 AM and 12:30 AM, with trains running every 15 minutes. The fare ranges between 25 and 30 TL. The specified route takes approximately 75 minutes.
Üçkuyular (Fahrettin Altay) – IZTECH Campus

This line is an express line and takes approximately 50 mins. The fare is about 45 TL.
· By Minibus (Dolmuş)
Minibuses depart from Fahrettin Altay local terminal to Urla/IZTECH. The fare is about 70 TL.
İYTE son durak (IZTECH the last stop) bus stop is the one to get off for the Faculty of Architecture.

The bus operates 24/7 and departs approximately every 2 hours. It takes approximately an hour to get from the airport to Urla Otogar. The fare is about 270 TL.
